Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service
Website refers to Ritma Loyalty Programme, accessible from https://loyalty.ritmapres.com/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

General Conditions
To register for the Loyalty Programme You will need to complete the registration for an account on our Website. An account will be created in Your name to record points to be earned or redeemed by You. You must be over the age of 18 and reside in Malaysia to join the Loyalty Programme.
You will have the options to create your Loyalty Programme account using your email address or a different credential like Your Facebook or Google+.
You are responsible for keeping Your login credentials and password confidential.
Your Loyalty Points can be earned by purchasing products from participating stores and e-commerce platforms.
Your Loyalty Points can only be redeemed from Our Website.
Loyalty Points are personal to You and cannot be transferred to anybody else. Loyalty Points may only be redeemed and earned in accordance with these terms.
The Loyalty Programme is intended only for consumer use. The Loyalty Programme cannot be used for any transactions where the beneficiary is a business entity or for any other commercial purposes. 
We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the Website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Redemption item(s) is/are not entitled for Loyalty Points on the Loyalty Programme. For these items, the hologram sticker scratch codes will not be made available.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
